Hippeastrum 'Minerva' (Amaryllis)

March 2008 I'm not sure that this really is 'Minerva' after all, as it doesn't look like I was expecting! 'Minerva' is supposed to also have white and green . . . but this is beautiful, too! It had 4 blooms this year.

These are a little odd. They are quite contorted, and as of yet, I haven't seen one that looks too tulip-ey.

Planted 3 in May 2009. Location: 1 just south of the veggie garden, 1 east of the Hawthorn, and 1 south of the big maple.
